Stanley NC PD?

I'd like to know if Stanley has a PD, and if so, are they on Gaston County site of the Char-Meck UASI or maybe VIPER?

Well technically N1GAW answered your question if Stanley has a PD. I suspect like much of Gaston, they are either on VIPER or Charlotte UASI like you said. As small as Stanley is you may just have to enter both systems and listen. Also decent chance for interop they probably use both to some degree.
