StarCom Site 116 and 129

Not receiving site 116 from Bradley and Bonfield 129 for last two days.
Does anyone know if they were taken off the air.
I know they are building out a simulcast site for StarCom In Kanakakee County using the Grant Park site 130.
Has this been implemented already?

It was recently discovered that Site 110 in Ford County has been renumbered to Site 251. The freqs and location remained the same, but the site was reassigned to the Central IL region and renumbered. Any chance that the same thing could have happened to Site 116 and/or Site 129?

I believe not. I tried all frequencies to check for a control signal and found nothing.

Since it was a nice day for a drive, I went to Grant Park and confirmed that Site 130 is now Site 248. Site 129 (Bonfield) is no longer listed as a neighbor, but Site 154 (Dwight, control channel 852.050) is. 859.2625 (licensed to the Village of Bradley) and 859.7625 (licensed to the City of Kankakee) are active voice channels at Site 248. A poster on the CARMA Facebook group indicates that Site 248 will eventually become a simulcast site. In addition, a Kankakee County listener says that KanComm has upgraded their five sites in preparation for the transition to STARCOM21 some time this year or next. Lots of changes coming to SC21 in Kankakee County!
