Granted, it's a lower case 'e' but still a bad sign imo.

Apologies, I stand corrected. And yes, it's not a good sign. Wonder how they will use that in daily dispatch operations.

The submitter said it's mostly encrypted but some transmissions are coming in clear.

I just saw that the dreaded "e" got put into the mode column for Fire Dispatch 4 in the DB. That's a really bad sign...

Truck Weight Inspectors (TWI's) at the Weigh Stations in Troop 3 had their radio call signs changed as of this after noon. They're now using C-200 series and are no longer using 3-600 series.

Libertyville joining the Glenview Public Safety Dispatch. This document has accurate labels for the talk groups:

I have been hearing Libertyville, Mundelein and Countryside fire on the Lake Zurich / Wauconda fire TG 33448

Libertyville FD is now being dispatched by Glenview on TGs 3679 and 33487 (aka Fire Dispatch 7)

I just heard Troop 5 TC's acknowledging C-235 at SC-17, so this isn't limited to Troop 3.

In the past, I've been assured that the ISP "Intercom" talkgroups are only used internally, and they would not be heard on a radio or scanner. So far, I'd never heard anything.
Just heard an ISPERN broadcast from Troop 8 on a former District 11 Intercom.

It is possible that the talkgroup has been repurposed, but not sure at the moment.
