Just wondering how I setup which departments start scanning when the 436HP starts. I cannot find that in the Sentinel software.
I have about 15 departments in my system and only want max about 10 of them to scan by default.
Also .. what is the key sequence to get to a particular channel in a department ?
I have system 1, department 1 to 15 .. and channel 1 thru 40 depending on department. (some departments have 1 channel .. some have more).
I am new at this scanner .. so sorry if these are dumb questions.
EDIT .. I figured out how to avoid the ones I do not want to scan on startup. However .. the manual explains nothing on direct navigation to a channel within a department.
Well .. thanks to the following YouTube video I found my answer. My issue is I did not have a number tag on my system so nothing worked.
