I am receiving 408.6000 nac 0F0 now 0830. The nac is showing as the State Department. One side enc. the other open.
Also 163.7250 nac 073 which is ICE nac. Enc

Yes, 408.6000 is DoS
$0F0 is also one of the Common NAC's they use.

Are you hearing DC of somewhere Else.

Just a hint - Don't always rely on the NAC being the indicator.
It's a combination of the FREQ plus the NAC/PL that help.

$073 is used by ICE, NPS, USF&W as well.
