State Police Troop J, Jackson County SO, Watson Chapel FD

I managed to pickup off the hopewell tower today which surprised me really... I managed to hear Cleary State Police Troop J Clarksville Office, Jackson County Sheriff's Department Newport, And Watson Chapel Fire Department.. I have no clue where this one is but they were clear off hopewell today. That would mean somebody with one of their radio's had to be in this area on all of these departments, Right, That's how that works isn't it?

Anybody know where watson chapel FD is? Is it Lonoke or Conway County Maybe Pulaski Or Ouachita?

Watson Chapel is a suburb of Pine Bluff. I pick up Pine Bluff PD and Jefferson Co. SO a lot off the the Lake City tower.

I've heard Jeffereson County SO, Bryant PD, State Police Troop A North Tower, Phillips County SO, and Now Watson Chapel FD Off The Hopewell Tower. Heard Watson Chapel Just Yesterday And The Others Back Before Thanksgiving...I Don't Hear Much At All Off My Closest Tower, Hopewell, I Don't Hear Many Statewide Comms Or Anything So It Surprises Me When I Hear Places To The South Of Here... Thanks For Clarifying Where That Was At, I Appreciate It.
