This isn't exactly new news (its been in the TSICP for a few years now) but thought I would put this out here for anyone that has been tracking radio IDs at least at the COG/agency/city/county level. I just started a new TGID search on GATRRS 2 weeks ago and have found a number of new TGIDs that are not in the RR database and have found that you can pretty quickly identify at least who is using the new TGID based on the UID/Radio Unit IDs that appear. So, it goes that knowing what UIDs are associated with each agency helps in that endeavor...

Per the TSICP, the purpose of the Plan is to reduce duplication of IDs across the state so that each P25 subscriber and mobile ID has a unique ID and it can be used statewide.

The P25 radio ID (aka UID) range is 00000000 - 16077700 and the state has broken the top level allocations down at the million level.

The top level ID allocations are as follows:
0M 0000000 - 0999999 Legacy; used by systems prior to this plan, range is uncoordinated and dups are li
1M 1000000 - 1999999 HGAC, TxWARN; Harris County, Harris-Galveston Area; range is fully allocated
2M 2000000 - 2999999 TxWARN, HGAC, BVCOG/BVWACS, ETMC, MTA; Brazos Valley, East Texas
3M 3000000 - 3999999 DETCOG, ETCOG, SETRPC; East/Southeast Texas
4M 4000000 - 4999999 Unallocated
5M 5000000 - 5999999 TxDPS, State, Tribal and Federal Agencies
6M 6000000 - 6999999 AACOG, CBCCOG; San Antonio, Coastal Bend w/ overlap on LCRA
7M 7000000 - 7999999 ATCOG, NCTCOG, CONNCT, TEXOMA, FWRRS; DFW, North Central Texas, Ark-Tex and Texoma
8M 8000000 - 8999999 LRGVDC, LCRA; Lower Rio Grande Valley
9M 9000000 - 9999999 PBRPC, RGCG; Rio Grande, Permian Basin
10M 10000000 -10999999 GATRRS, GCRPC, CAPCOG, CTCOG, HOTCOG; Austin/Central Texas, Heart of TX, Golden Cresent
11M 11000000 -11999999 STDC, MRGDC, GATRRS; South Texas, Middle Rio Grande
12M 12000000 -12999999 CVCOG, WTCOG, NORTEX; Concho Valley, North Texas, West Central Texas
13M 13000000 -13999999 Reserved for system level temporary usage (ISSI)
14M 14000000 -14999999 PRPC, SPAG; Panhandle, South Plains
15M 15000000 -15999999 Unallocated
16M 16000000 -16077700 Unallocated

So, one question i have for everyone that read this far: is there already a published list or somewhere (Google spreadsheet or wiki perhaps) where everyone may have already been tracking ID allocations beyond this first level?

As far as a "master list" on the web, probably not. Under the wiki for the different radio system, there are some radio IDs if people have figured them out.

I got these from hearing radio traffic from each of the local county SO's on their TGIDs. Presumably I am hearing these all the way here in Austin because of TX DPS having radios on those TGIDs also...

Dimmit County SO was coming up for an hour or so this morning with UIDs between 11200054-11200133, LaSalle County SO was using 11275xxx and Zavala County SO was coming up with 114000xx UIDs. I am assuming that the Regions are allocating the first 4 digits by county or system.

0525XXXX is also Texas Tech here in lubbock

Just saw some TX PWD Game Wardens on our local SO channel using 52625xx

There are a bunch of 52704XX radios that I hear fairly regularly working with SO/PDs on the regional law channels here; they don't use radio call signs, just first names, and they are usually covertly following vehicles, not always narcotics related but that seems to be a theme. I have no idea what agency they are with and if they are state or federal that are assisting.

Do these apply to conventional as well as trunked? been seeing TXDPS running radio ID's more and more in region 1 on the VHF stuff. They must be working on the system upgrading been a ton of patched traffic on the "MotoBridge" (whatever that is) between WACO and Dallas. Also hearing more 2 way traffic on what were mostly half duplex repeaters.

What radio IDs are you seeing on VHF out there for DPS?

Not confirmed but heard TCSO working a felony traffic stop this morning with US DEA and the same 52704xx UIDs were on Regional Law 5 (A1 R LE 05) discussing what appeared to be the same FTS so I may have a match finally for those radios.

I'll have to get back to you on DPS Radio ID's, Uniden not set up to see them. But here are some from GATRRS Bowie Co.
7811012, 7812039, 7816012, 7815503, 5001008

I use Proscan both to provide my feed and to track both the UIDs and the TGIDs on each system (screenshot of the UID tracking attached). 5001008 belongs to TX DPS; the 781xxxx look to be local and the 7M range is for the Texoma region so looks like 781xxxx is for Bowie County and they are using the same UID template on your VHF systems out there.

From the Austin PD OIS on Manor Rd earlier today, you can add UIDs 52698xx as belonging to USMS/Lone Star Fugitive Task Force
