Hello I currently live in California. I will be spending more time in the Burlington/Cambridge areas as well as traveling around your beautifull state. My son just built a new home in the Cambridge area. Two months ago I spend three weeks in the area. I was able to collect some frequency information. However, is the a publication or computer file containing a detail listing of frequencies for Vermont. Your help with matter would be greatly appreciated. e63

As you are obviously already familiar with RadioReference.com, why not check the RR database?

Well Dave, I did the obvious and checked it first and found it lacking. On the internet I have seen frequency books published for eastern states but nothing for Vermont. Locally collected a few list from Radio Shacks in the Burlington area. They seem to be dated and less than accurate. I reviewed FCC files via this site which provided excellent frequency info however no specifics to use. Just for the record I start my scanner interests in 1974 with a Regency TME-8 crystal scanner. Thanks for any help concerning my inquirery.

Garys, I have boxes of scanners starting with the TME-8. Currently I'm enjoy two 396's, three Yupiterus 7100, 7300 and 9000. I also have a Pro-83 which I love dearly, it is simple. Now waiting for GRE's new models. As their first generation digitals function well other than their size, like bricks. Thanks for you inquirery, e63.

I should have been more specific. What type of scanner do you plan to bring to Vermont? I might be able to help you with some files.

Hello Garys. I will use my Uniden 396s and Pro-83 as my primary scanners. If you have you some file that I can load into my 396's that would be appreciated.

Hello N1GTL. Thanks for the link.

Thanks to all, e63

Thanks to all, e63

PM me with an email. I'll have something later today. I have a ARC996 file, but can cut and paste it into ARC396 pretty quickly. Or, if you prefer I can cut and paste it into UASD. Let me know which you prefer.

Vermont Frequencies with PL/DPL

Heading to Vermont next month. I have gleaned as many freq's with PL/DPL that I could find here (RR) and other web sites. Still quite a few I don't have the PL/DPL. Anywhere else I can Look??

Thanks,

Nomex

You may also want to consider joining the vermontscanner list on yahoogroups. I believe the files section has some files that may be of use to you.
