I'm looking for some assistance in programming my bcd396xt with this system:

It says YG: Industrial/Business Pool, Trunked which I believe is an LTR system?

I tried programming it but my scanner asks for the LCN which I believe is not in the database.

The emission code 4K00F1E is for NEXEDGE voice so it's probably not going to be a system you can listen to.
