Update:
I'm uncertain if this information is still needed but I was able to that Hornell police are still on an analog frequency 154.865 .
Unfortunately I didn't think to log the pl tone but this is confirmed analog.
You can disregard this if info has already been obtained. Thanks

154.865 or 154.785? It’s been reported that HPD are analog on 154.785 shared with Corning who operates digitally on this same frequency.

Good point, 154.865 is not a valid frequency. HPD should be 154.785 186.2 PL as listed in RRDB.
Only Steuben Law info I am still missing is the NAC for Bath PD 156.150 car to car which will probably be hard to catch unless you are right in Bath since it is simplex and probably not very active.

I did some editing on the Steuben RRDB. Nothing really new but I updated call signs and missing repeater input info based on current license data.
