Not really. None of those links have anything to do with the discussion. It was probably just somebody seeing a digit wrong here or there, no big deal.

The bumper sticker said Monitoring 140.600 Mhz and that is what it said on the Bumper sticker on the back of the car.My Fellow Ham Friend was follwoing the car when he told me about this on the local repeater and he is not having vision problems.*I asked him twice about this and both times he told me the frequency on the bumper sticker was 140.600* and asked me on the air if I knew of anyone in the Metro Indianapolis/Marion County area was on that Frequency.I advised him that would be a federal agency or Military in the 136-144Mhz area of the communications spectium*.The Frequency is 140.600 and nothing elese and he did not misread the bumper sticker.*
Because he's not authorized to transmit on 140.6 MHz.... -- Couldn't resist that one.So why didn't he just try to contact him on the air and ask?
I think they were probably o's.I still think he read the bumper sticker wrong..
Oddly enough, today I saw a Suburban with white, oval stickers that had "140.6",
