RCH 244 seems to be carrying on Northeast bound back up to FL310.
0300z SCALP 93 showing again just West of Bangor southbound FL240 turning SW bound.

Sounds like it was planned. In the previous Boston sector (120.250) RCH244 (while AR with SCALP93) was requesting their RTB clearance back to BAD via "direct BGR then flight planned route". (LiveATC KHUL archives 0218 UTC).

Watching NAS Air Show live on YouTube and seeing RAWHIDE 72, 16-2164 AE046A, C2 Greyhound and a P-8 16-9324 AE679E (out of VP320 Jacksonville FL) perform and pop up before and after on ADSBx.
