Did anyone happen to catch the callsign of the KC-10 (87-0118) from McGuire that’s refueling on AR-206 with JEEP51 (60-0345)?Just got home from practice and turned my scanner on, I heard JEEP51’s boom operator talking to 87-0118 but no callsigns were given when I was listening.

Sounded to me like the callsign was LANE 55. That TEAM 49 callsign was from the previous flight yesterday.

RCH-428 went to Dover with bunch of writeups.. Seems it came in from overseas today.
GOLD KC-10 Tankers heading offshore warning area flying kind of low from McGuire GOLD-91 84-0186 and the other is GOLD-01? 85-0031
Seem to be heading to AR-777.
GOLD-02,92 wound up at MacDill in Tampa.
1724 local KC-10 GOLD's now turning around after boom checks. Maybe now headed to Pease.
Wonder who they may drag North Saturday or Sunday? Fla ANG F-15C's would be nice.

Is that a second one for VIPER common or for the VT F-35s?

226.800 appears to be a VT A-A freq (same as 314.400). 226.300 Common appears to be CH13. The Daggers were on 314.400 and the Demos were on 226.800. With both on 226.300. I never heard the Kingfish flight on any of the 3 so must be another freq out there to find ?

A question yesterday during the daily White House briefing on the construction on the White House South Lawn. The project, the WH official said today, is intended to update the WH communications and power system.

The WH official added, the renewal project, is about to enter a new phase with work on the northern end of the South Lawn, which will take about 10 weeks. At the end of 10 weeks, Marine One will once again be able to lift off the South Lawn, the official said. Until then Marine 1 will be landing on the eclipse as it did last week.

Looks like they did a little training before staging at PSM, 85-0031 confirmed as GOLD 01 (LiveATC).
Rgr and thanks for confirmation AirScan testing their booms offshore while heavy Friday NY/NJ area civ traffic clogged the area.
JetBlue had conga line offshore NJ. Prob why they stayed so low in atlitude till they got a ways offshore.

This Altrav has me scratching my head.. MacDill has 24 based KC-135's mostly Reserve crews with lots of Altrav experience
running all mostly fighters up the East Coast. Why bring in two Nebraska area KC-135's GOLD02,92 for this mission?
A mystery for now.. Nebraska KC-135 crews like Kansas big on Buffs and B-2's B-1's so this doesn't make sense unless.. Barksdale/Dyess LOL :)
