Hi, I posted a question about 2 days ago.
I am trying to install a digital system into my new 996xt.
California, Contra Costa county sheriff.
I downloaded the frequencies from RR and i did enter the frequencies in the yellow tab as instructed to in the Arch software.
I havent heard a thing the last 2 days on my new 996xt.
I am hearing my conventional frequencies, no problem.
Can someone give me some insight?
I am also trying to delete 2 custom channels that are on my unit.
they search chanels.
Thank you,
Nick

It's in a popular compressed format, known as a zip file. You need an application such as WinZip or the popular freeware 7-Zip to open that file. Here's 7-Zip's URL

YOUR CONTRA COSTA FILE

This should get you a good start. Used freescan. Last time i was in alameda was during viet nam where i was a pilot on the uss enterprise. I was real popular in berkely during my time off the carrier. I was dating a girl at the kappa kappa gamma soriety. Never worked out.
