Up-date. Since solving a mobility issue. I've discovered that there's antenna problem on my end.
However the Stock Hammonds Plains repeater is silent. Giezer's Hill repeater is grabbled but working.

Re; STC I've programmed the frequencies as NXDN One Frequency sites and discovered a talkgroup ID of 0. Which appears to be Operations.

What kind of chatter do you hear on Giezer Hill, are they still doing runs ?

Only bits and pieces not enough to make out. Next trip to city I'm try digital on the Giezer's Hill frequency. See what I get,
The Hammonds Plains repeater is dead silent.
Can you PM me so we can have a discussion about it? I have some information for you.

In light of new info from Mr. Ragan, tried looking up Stock Transportation on TAFL and those radio frequencies now belong to an outfit Autobus from Ontario. I'm going try monitoring the Giezer Hill site on digital mode see if I can figure out who or what it is.
The other VHF site appear to be inactive.
Perhaps someone closer to the city might able to help?.

Took a look at the TAFL site under Autobus Transco noticed that Giezer Hill site is now digital. What I descripted as "bits and pieces"
is likely a digital signal. Will investigate that theory next trip to Halifax. If turns out to be the case, I'll submit to the database.

I'm here a lot
Thanks for offering to help in the future, ve1sef.

I am aware of what is going on in the background and it stops NOW.

EDIT: background problem has been solved by a RR.com account deactivation for the second time this year.
