It appears that Stockton has a applicatiopn pending with the FCC to add narrowband (both digital AND analog(?), to most or all of their 453 & 460 mHz frequencies on the KMA865, WNXD750 and WPZR854 licenses. In addition to the existing 20K0F3E analog voice, they're asking for

11K2F3D
(A),
11K2F3E
(A),
20K0F2D
(A),
20K0F3D
(A),
20K0F1E
(D)
8K10F1E (APCO P25)
(A)

I don't have the FCC emission tables in front of me.

11K2F3D would probably be for the MDC1200 unit ID burst in narrowband, 11K2F3E is simply narrowband analog voice, 20K0F2D is probably for the digital scrambling they've had for quite a while even though it is seldom used, 20K0F3D would probably be for the MDC1200 in wideband, and 8K10F1E would be P25. Note that 20K0F1E is a (D) so it is being deleted not added.

If you are looking at the RR version of things, beware that the emissions are not displayed properly. All emissions seem to end up on all frequencies whether they are actually there or not. If you use the FCC version of the info and compare it to the RR version, you'll see the problem. I reported it to the admins and it's on their bug list.

Stockton seems to be getting ready for the future of narrowband and digital while keeping the wide analog stuff they currently use. The only digital voice being added is P25. The 20K0F2D simply covers the digital scrambling they already have.

Doubtful, since there are no locations licensed in Tracy on Stockton's freqs. What makes you ask?

Is this system going to shared with Tracy, perhaps?
