If my pain meds don't knock me out too badly, I'll get more updating done during the next week. Spent last week in hospital for pancreatitus due to gallstones impacting bile duct, and gall bladder loaded with stones. Had an ERCP, then GBR, so am not at full steam currently. :)

Greene County Has Also Narrowbanded Effective Today,.. I have submitted all the new information. Seems they like to use Digital NexEDGE more than analog around here...anyway, Get to feeling better soon!

The freqs in use for Stone County are fully listed in the DB. As far as if your scanner is working with digital,... If they are running P-25 such as the AWIN, then yes all the current digital capable scanners will work fine. If they are running MotoTRBO, or NexEDGE then you can't monitor them with any scanner on the market, unless you access the tap point and run special software vias your PC. And if they are running encrypted then your not monitoring them period.

My radio don't seem to work the the new frequency. What do I have to buy to make it work any suggestions? If I have to purchase a new scanner what would you recommend? Thanks!!

The only things changed were the operation from wideband, to narrowband, and new tones. Have you tried with the new tones in? As for a new scanner... At least something in the PRO-96 or newer era. That way you can hear both the conventional stuff and AWIN. Since there doesn't seeem to be any TDMA usage on the AWIN yet, you can hold off on the top of the line like the PSR-800 for now. If you anywhere near the couple of 700 MHz AWIN sites, then you want the next gen up from the PRO-96, such as the PRO-106 that can do 380, and 700 MHz.

Sir I don't even know what your talking about with the tones. I don't know much about this. All I know is how to type in the frequency and it either works or it don't. My Scanner is just the handheld BC92XLT Uniden. As far as I know it only does analog. Yes it had digital display but as far as picking up digital signal and not analog I really honestly have no idea. Thanks! Im not sure you can do any programming like hooking up to a pc with my scanner as far as I know anyway.
