Check surrounding counties in the db... There is no current lic for it in Stone. I will check the expired stuff for ya.
Closest I can find so far is Izard Co OEM Fireground, and thats just mobiles.

SO if your hearing a dispatch, and can log the tone used, it may be down in Garland Co, vias a duct due to weather. Strong storm systems can cause some interesting troposperic ducting type events.
