Got some issues working. Need Solutions.

A: OddCast v3 Dropped out last night, just shut itself off. Auto re-connect was checked, its like my data stream to the server was cut off, however reviewing my logs, I never lost ISP connection through out the night.

B: I run a Stereo feed, I see that My Right Channel audio is bleeding over to the Left Channel. On the peak meter, it'll bleed from -60 to -45. No Audio configurations have changed on my end. Might this be a crappy sound card going out?

C: Gordon, I am looking at purchasing an M-AUDIO sound card soon, this will be a 2-Channel card (Up to 4 Stereo Feeds.) I only want to run 3 feeds. the curant Stereo feed (L & R Channel) and possibly add a new Single feed. How is this configured in OddCast?

I appologize to the listeners for looseing the feed last night. I hope to have this issues fixed shortly.

OK, Well ...

I got Scanner Cast to work and the Bleed over issue has ceased. Listening to the feed now on winamp. but Since its a Stereo feed, the 898 Audio seems a little low and I'm not sure what Clipping is. Maybe Odd Cast is out dated for RR. Hopefully this resolves the problems.

Not so sure I would agree with your statement "Maybe Odd Cast is out dated for RR". I've been running OddCastV3 with a stereo feed for about a month, 24/7 and found it to be very stable. I'm using an old Windows box with all other programs off.

The issue with left/right balance bleed-over on my system seems to be very clean. I do recommend using Winamp.

Many times it's a combination of things.

Thanks Doug.

I had no issues with Odd Cast V3 till last night, it handled the Stereo feed well. I installed Peter's software today and am Very impressed with it. (Except that I had to install .Net framework which I dislike).

I use Winamp, I did notice that I am not seeing the text tags, however, Peter did see them. Not sure whats up with that. Scanner Cast did seem to cut the bleed over, but I'm thinking some of it is due to the fact I had DO NOT MONITOR un-checked.

Again, thanks for the reply.
