streets and Ice

It took me an hour to drive from Norman to Downtown OKC, there are some real morons driving out there. They think it is 50 deg, the bridges are Ice and I think the state dropped the ball on this storm, black ice conditions, so be carefull.

Black ice is when the ice that has formed resembles the road surface and you don't realize your on it until you get on it and you start to slip and slide. The ice blends in with the surface. BTW in the northern parishes in the bayou tonight calls for icing from north along I-49 upto Shreveport and across I-20 toward Monroe and the parishes in between.

Hey Xerb ,where did Guthrie have to respond to? It was crazy in the city yesterday! At one time EMSA had 35 calls holding.
