On the central Virginia regional trunk system (Richmond area), I'm listening to what sounds like an electronic repair video on talk group 26112. W ho is this? Anyone else catching this? Definitely one of the oddest things I've ever heard....

The instructional program has repeated 3 times now. There's background audio of someone following the video.

I'm hearing it too from downtown Richmond. Odd... Given the TG number sequence it should be the Chesterfield Co. Sheriff, but I'm not too sure.

I thought the first day I heard it that someone was on a job site and needed some futher instructions on his repair. Now that i have heard it for at least three days now I am not sure what to think. Last night I locked it out temporarily. Getting tired of the scanner stopping on it. Looking forward to finding out more info.
