Suffolk County fire 460.4500

I did a quick search of this freq and only 2 entities come up. Only 1 is listed in the database and is Huntington. The other is licensed to Ridge but might not be on use as its not listed in the database.

But so far today I have heard the following.
Cold Spring Harbor (Division 2)
Kings Park (Division 4)
Mount Sinai (Division 5A)
Holbrook (Division 3)
Selden (Division 5)

Anyone know anything about this freq? Spans multiple divisions.

Does this sound like a simulcast of 46.46?
It is very strange that it spans multiple divisions. I'll try to give it a listen when I get home.

Depts are going to UHF paging so I assume this repeater is simulcasting 46.46 as they’re prob testing coverage in a certain district.

This repeater has been online simulcasting 46.46 for about a year now. Very strong signal in the Ridge area

This repeater has been online simulcasting 46.46 for about a year now.

Yet no one ever submitted it to the database. And its also not simucasting everything on 46.46. See below.

I don't think 363 is a standard DPL code. What were you using to decode that?

Sorry about that, 436 with Proscan shows Dpl = 466.

363 was wrote in error..

Just an FYI, you probably pick up New Haven, CT PD as well if you don't run the DPL. That is their channel 2. I can have heard SC fire activity on 460.45 up here in CT without a PL engaged.
