Same frequencies, only using 3 out of the 4 for the Cap+system. Encryption used on the talk groups! 6 slots on 3 frequencies

Caught these when I was in the area. Couldn't get a frequency for LSN 5 & 6 if 3 of 4 freqs are definitely in use but will try again some other time when I'm back in the area
Fully ENC TGIDs I logged were 2 (most active), 3, 4 & 8
