Sunrise Hospital Security

I plugged the listed frequency in my Anytone 878 but couldn't hear anything. Is the frequency no longer being used or am I just in a bad area? I can't hear the amateur radio repeater on top of the hospital either. The frequency is listed as 453.125000

Aah crap. I've got Motorolas but I'm not well enough versed in them to program trunking. And not sure how to listen without letting the radio do the handshake. Still trying to figure a lot out. From my understanding, if it does they can remotely brick the radio if they see it in the system.
