I have found at least 4 NFL Cap+ systems, see .pdf attached. All are frequencies from the NFL pool in license WRKG746 and everything I have heard so far has been unencrypted.

I have also noticed a lot of NFL simplex frequencies from the same license, see below. Note, all the talkgroups start with "55". I think that's funny.

No and Yes - first that MAP is not a map of the coverage area you will hear.
IT is the Map of the Coverage area they want to use for their system within
which is 32.0 km radius around centerpoint [see the lat/lon in the license]

Likely 32km / 20mi to cover on-site at various venues/hotels etc

Acting Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security David Pekoske will make an official visit to Tampa, Florida, to participate in Super Bowl Security Day, Wednesday, Feb. 3. The Acting Deputy Secretary will meet with security officials, tour the Super Bowl LV Joint Operations Center and Raymond James Stadium, and receive a briefing on the Department’s support and coordination with local and NFL officials. The Acting Deputy Secretary will also participate in the NFL Security Press Conference to discuss the Department’s role in supporting state, local and federal public safety partners to ensure the security of those attending the event.
