SW jammers

Just interested, who makes this high effort to operate AM broadcast jammers?
I was scanning over the 31m band and saw 2 of them today at 9720 and 9780 kHz.
Do you know anything about broadcast jammers? Did you see other jammers?

There are indeed jammers on SW, but the ones I'm aware of are Firedrake (the Chinese station that plays Chinese folk opera music) and CNR-1 (the main Chinese national broadcaster) which are used to jam broadcasts going into China. Cuba operates some noise jammers to attempt to block out Marti, and I think North Korea has noise jammers also. But I mostly hear them in the early morning hours, coming in from Asia -- where I live on the West Coast of the US.
