Is the 460.175 Jamesville Penitentiary listing still valid? The license expired in 2013 and 460.175 is a CNYICC frequency in adjacent Madison County.

"Jamesville Penitentiary" is now called Onondaga County Correctional and they are TG91 on CNYICC.

460.175, no.

Correctional does however use a repeater on 453.500 141.3 PL. They also have a few other analog simplex channels as well.
