Last year TAEMA put online a new 2 meter repeater at their backup site VHF site on reservoir hill. In analog the repeater is 146.835 with a PL of 103.5 However today I am hearing P25 testing going on. Could this repeater be both analog and P25? Can anyone else monitor as well? Thanks.

Some repeaters (such as the Motorola Quantar) do allow analog/P25 dual-mode. We have several here in my area.

I believe the 146.835 repeater is a Yaesu Fusion machine.

This is correct. They weren't ready to put it into that mode when it was first installed. Don't know for certain but I expect they will eventually operate it in AMS/dual-mode where it can work with both analog and digital.
