Tag data not showing

Hey everyone. Last week I ordered a mini PC so I could have the scanner up stairs. I have the PC connected the RR app shows com1 and com4 selectable. I have tried both and tag data is no longer showing.

I set the new PC up and with the RR app opened and scanner turned on switched the USB and audio cables over to the new PC. And started stream. The tags don't show. They showed fine tuning from the old PC. Uniden is selected with a speed rate of 115200. Not sure what I need to do to get the tags back up? Any help is appreciated!

Scanner connection shows as OK.

Unplugged from scanner and reconnected and it's working now.

However I do have a separate question. The tag usually comes up about 3 or 4 seconds after audio actually starts playing. Looking in device manager I see the com port is set to 9600 bits per second. I know the scanner and app are set to the 115200. Would changing this in device manager speed up how quickly it shows up when audio plays?
