Tag ID's missing

I have programmed my WS1040 and tagged the ID's with the alpha tags, however they are not appearing on the screen. The talk group ID appears along with the frequency, but no alpha tag. What am I missing here?

I have resolved the issue. I inadvertently set the LCD on and off values too high. I adjusted to the appropriate settings and everything is working now.
