talk groups in VA

Hey there,

I need to know how to program talkgroups into my BCT8 scanner. I put the trunking stations in and I get 4-1 _ _ _ _
I understand that Chesterfield is both analog and digital. Or maybe I can't get Chesterfield at all.

What you're listing are City of Richmond TG's. All three localities for that system are 100% digital. There is no analog except for simulcasts.
