Talkgroup 14902 help ID Niobrara/Campbell?

Received a PM asking about talkgroup 14902. Heard someone calling "123 to base" and then someone answering "are you calling star?"

If the talkgroup numbering is conistant, should be somewhere in Niobrara or Campbell County

Campbell county uses 14900 thru 15099, so looks good for Campbell.
Niobrara uses 14300 thru 14499.
