Nice catch!. Wonder who the hell it is?. It's either a user that's just messing with each other for a radio check or a Military user maybe?.

I logged 416 for the first time on 2/19. RID affiliated with 416 and 2100 Allina North Dispatch.

My first hit on it was back in 2010, but prior to the other day, it hadnt gotten any hits for me in the past three months (I primarily watch Anoka, Henn West, & Mpls Simul).
I saw a Northfield EMS user affiliate to it the other day (Radio ID from the Allina assignment block, but we all know that arrangement).

Does the EMSRB have any talkgroup assignments?

EMSRB has 1 authorized Talkgroup on the system , I am not aware of any identified as belonging to them at this time - this is a possibility.

Looking at logs from last night rid 101026 which is what I logged on 416 and 2100 Allina North was on 2130 HCMC dispatch- I think mmtstc is on track with it being the EMSRB radios and Talkgroup.

101025 and 101027 look to have similar behavior. Right next to a block of MnRevenue, MSP, DNR and DRO radios

In my original clip 101026 is Falcon and 101027 is Condor.
