Talkgroup ID 45552 - Snohomish County

Occasionally I hear this garbled sound coming thru the Snohomish County System, with the Talkgroup ID of 45552. Have any of you heard this? Is this some sort of digital signal?

If so, how would I set this up in my BCD-996T to hear it?

What is the control channel that you are using to pick this up, Snohomish is using north,east and south control channels, any how are you sure it is 45552 or 45520 any how if you have a digital scanner and all the you are getting is a garbled sound then it is encrypted and no scanner can help you receive any thing more then a garbled sound.

I've currently got West & East Simulcast running, so it's one of those two. (i'll make better note of it next time I hear it).

Im running in "ID Search" mode, so it's picking up all the TG's regardless if I have it programmed in.

I see on the Northwest Intercept Talkgroup info for SNohomish County, 45584 and 45616 indicate "digital" in the notes. So possibly this is grouped up with that..?

I'll update my post with better info next time I hear it.

Ok, was able to log 11 transmissions over the past 24 hours (using the UASD software).

Talkgroup ID was 45552
West Simulcast (Same Control Channel freq's that are listed in the DB on this site).

Last transmission was at 10:54am today. I've also noticed that these happen usually during the day.

The closest thing it sounds like, is the Voice Inversion Scrambling sound listed on the site you provided a link to.... http://www.kb9ukd.com/digital/ It's not a perfect match, but very close.

I am hearing that garbled sound from that talkgroup right now.
The scanner keeps getting hung up on it since about 4 o'clock.
