Talkgroup ID's?

I had ID #'s 88 and 868 (I'm pretty sure it was 868, but not 100%) show up while scanning the Denver Public Safety system. Does anybody know what they are?

88 - Denver Sheriff Investigations
868 - Probably not valid, has not been used over the course of several years, could it have been something else?
