Saturday, October 13 is the day to earn your Technician Class Amateur Radio license. Beginning at 8:00 AM the Keuka Lake Amateur Radio Association will show Power Point presentations with the questions contained in the exams along with the answers. Practice tests throughout the day will sharpen your memory as you prepare for the exam at 5:00 PM. Testing is available only for Technician Class candidates.

Volunteer Examiners will conduct the exams indicating who passed. Then in a short time you will have your call sign and be ready to go on the air as you explore the exciting world of amateur radio.

The location is THE BRIDGE located on Main Street next to Leaning Tower Pizza in downtown Mount Morris. The $20.00 cost includes books, test fee and lunch. Testing is open to anyone not attending the training for $14.00.

Nationally, you can click on the Exams button at ARRL.org, choose your state, and find everything in your area.
Exams are normally given monthly by various amateur radio clubs in the NYC/Metro area.
