That system has 27 freqs., but only 3 of them are affected by rebanding, so you should still hear nearly everything.
Perhaps they have moved to the state-wide MARCS sustem.
If you ask in the Ohio forum you should get the correct answer.

You need to set your PRO-96 to rebanded tables with the new rebanded Summit 800 frequencies.
Jump over to the Ohio forums or search the threads about PRO-96 rebanding and Summit County.
It will work once you get it set up right.
If you can't get it set up and you have WIN96, I can email you the rebanded file that I have on my PRO96 for Summit County.
