Bothell PD TG 17808 listed as Investigations has somevery scratchy sounding alarm testing going on and then something very funny was heard.. "attention KMART shoppers there is a 2 for 1 sale on jacklin smith sperates" heard repeated twice! The reception seemed very scratchy and sounded as if the dispatch was in a can.. Not sure whats going on on this TG..
