TEW Frequency In Tulsa

Does anyone know what the (TEW) Terriorism Early Warning frequency or talkgroup might be in the Tulsa area? It is rumored to be on the city's 800 however it might be conventional. It is also know that it has EBA ability.

Not quite sure what this is supposed to be. Wouldn't this fall under TAEMA? Or maybe the state EM TGs?

Sounds like a program that FEMA had in place or was going to put in place after the OKC bombing. That program was directed towards first responders.

Never heard about frequencies for the TEW.
