Text tags on Unidens?

I'm looking for a new hand held that has around 1000 channels but NOT just divided into 10 Banks. I need more banks for variety of grouping freqs. Also, I require text tags to label a text description for each channel entry. This is a great feature that the Radio Shack scanners offer.

I also want easy access to the Wx NOAH channels.

Anyone know of a good hand held scanner that will do all of this?
