Does anyone have any info on this system, tower locations, range etc? The map shows only one tower in Chatham but I'm sure there must be something more than that. The C/K police for example, are responsible for everything from Wheatley to Wallaceburg which would outreach the typical 20 mi. radius.

Hi Buster,

Not really sure where the towers are located. I am here in chatham, over by the college, and the signal meter is pegged whether i use my discone or just the ducky, my assumption is the tower is very close to me. It is a Edacs system, however you will not be able to pick up police Comms on a scanner as they are digital pro-voice. Only thing you can listen too is the fire and public works. I know this don't help much. I would assume their are multiple tower locations within CK. Maybe some of the other folks will chime in.

Thanks hawkeye.
I used to live in the area too and I seem to think the tower is over on Sass Rd. but like I said they must have repeater locations.
My Pro 96 works great on the Fleetnet system. It would be great to hear familiar voices!

Np's Buster. Ya i would think so, I am thinking their is a tower in Tilly right by the water tower, and one would be in the burg somewhere, that would be my guessing.

No, they are referring to the Chatham-Kent EDACS system.
