I was a little late getting in but I did get to set in on MOST of your forum... seeing as how it was a basic starter forum....it was great for me to get some education....Years ago I was the scanner guru but with the new systems & technology I fell to the wayside... trying to catch up now. I still don't have a great grasp on the whole thing but I am learning... tnx for your time. Itried to generate some interest for last years Division Meeting in Casper but got no responce....glad to see somebody took the ball & ran with it.

Thanks!! I had really oriented the presentation for extremely new digital trunking listeners. Imagine my shock to see a little higher competency level in the room


It was fun though and I hope it stirs a little interest in scanner listeners in Wyoming. There aren't many of us around here.

BTW, When I started scanner listening almost 20 years ago, I used your list a LOT. To this day, I frequent it when searching for something odd. While almost all PS stuff is digital trunked, most business is still analog simplex.
