Use Sentinel and download JNCR. Lockout / Avoid all systems / sites that are not obviously local - like anything in Louisiana. It's going to be easier that trying to figure out someone else's programming.

JNCR is in the County systems, so USA|Maryland|countyx. Since there is no JNCR site located in Howard County, you'll need to select an adjacent county, like Anne Arundel.

Hearing rehersal I think either for President Carter's funeral or the Inaguration, or both, on the Pentagon East, Fort Meade, and Andrews sites.

Looks like alot of the same TG's used for the 2021 Inaguration.

Talkgroups 401, 439, 440, 466, 467 and 476.

I heard TG 401 referred to as "Tac 14."
