The saddest Halloween

Fourth of July, New Years Eve, and Halloween.

The craziest of the crazy is on this scanner on those days.

This is the first (knucklehead-centric) holiday in years, I just have to use my imagination with what shenanigans are going on right now.

Happy halloween, I guess. Don't mind me, I'm just dusting my $500 brick, and sympathizing with others feeling that same feeling right about now.

if you are in Washington county, their fire and ems isn't encrypted, also u can hear Kane County ty and cedar city, I imagine also uhp isn't encrypted..u can hear other counties on the system. not all is lost. if u need a scanner thats p25 capable there are some out there, or help with programming one.
