Yes, that's the Federal Transfer Center (prison). So far that I've heard, it is entirely P-25 digital (but a P-16 control channel).

My original post was as clear as mud. I was more interested in seeing if anyone had figured out the repeater inputs. And if anyone had actually heard anything on the system using one of them fancy APCO-25 scanners.

I have heard some basic communications some interior movement of prisoners etc while at work on the Faa Center with my 396T
