Three murdered in Levittown, Bucks County PA.

At approximately 9:00 a.m. in the Vermilion Hills and Edgewood Levittown sections of Bucks County PA, a 26-year-old male believed from Trenton, New Jersey targeted three victims and shot them dead.

The subject was on the run in a car jacked Gray Honda SUV taken from the Dollar General in Morrisville, PA.

This resulted in a shelter in place for Falls Township and caused the Oxford Valley mall and Sesame Street amusement park to be shut down. Also the Levittown St Patrick's Day Parade was canceled as a man hunt was conducted.

The gray SUV was found in the city of Trenton and SWAT teams are attempting to find the subject resulting in the shelter in place to be canceled in Bucks County.

Police believe the 26-year-old shooter knew his victims.

Last report is suspect is barricaded in a home on Phillips Avenue in Trenton, New Jersey and is surrounded by police.

I'm in Delco, too far for my scanner to reach, but I was following along with the New Jersey State Police helicopter on the search. PA state police sent one too, from Reading, NJSP was closer.

Of course this happens multiple, multiple times all day, every day just south of us in filthydelphia that borders Bucks County just as Trenton to the north does but come on, close Sesame Place.. when they went to evacuate the Mall there wasn't anybody in it anyway, but cancel the St Patrick's Day Parade, enough.

I can assure you when folks were told to shelter in place in that part of Bucks County they did not, they were sitting on their porch just hoping they got lucky enough to spot this POS carjacking murderer, mumbling to themselves.. "make my day".😉

I'll keep you posted on developments, most likely gang and drug related.

Thanks for your reply, I don't know what to say, but I'm not a member of tick tock and never have been, nor would I ever accept or agree to any agreement like that to view anything on tiktok.

Heck, I'm retired, not even on Facebook or Instagram, I was always on Company accounts, let alone any other social media Outlets like X. That's what retirement is about.😄

Being retired after 30 years in Trenton, New Jersey, the city could slide into the Delaware River and my only concern would be the raise in the tide on the Pennsylvania side.

I certainly would though, be interested, especially, in your reply, if it's relevant to the topic of the thread.

It's interesting to see where this event today ended up in relation to Trenton, a useless crime ridden City with little value other than that, lit happens to be the capital of New Jersey.

Since I am disconnected from social media you might wonder where I get my news sources and accuracy. That won't last long, it's usually a phone call LOL. They are dropping like flies.

Yeppers except, Trenton dispatch has been on C- 02 comm, Hamilton headquarters, in the clear, loud and clear for me from the Bordentown site for quite a long time. Since I live on the Delaware River all I really care about is 10 comm.

Quite an event for Bucks County today LOL. I knew it was over in about half an hour as the doer would be back in Trenton within 10-15 minutes.

Bridge Commission probably watched him drive through, so many tens of millions of dollars spent. No interop communication.

Yes radio communications were an issue, as mentioned above by @Whiskey3JMC State and County police are 100% encrypted. Initially news reports said the lockdown was in Falls Township which is a pretty big place. Fire police who are not encrypted gave a pretty good idea the location of the shootings as they set up their blockades. They carry encrypted radios and can talk to the police.

There was a pretty good way to keep track of what was going on by radio.. KYW Chopper 3 news desk on 450.1875 pl 107.2 and SkyFox news desk on 450.2875 pl 151.4, also the two national helo aviation frequencies.. 135.875 news chopper air-to-air 1 and 123.025 helo unicom.

As mentioned too, aircraft tracking sites were helpful and indicated that all the Choppers were orbiting Trenton later in the afternoon as the suspect was hold up in a boarding home. As it turned out he slipped away but was later arrested around 5:30 p.m. on the streets of Trenton.

This turned out to be a domestic situation and all the victims were family members.

My wife, who is a school teacher that was holding an event in Upper Bucks Co. notified me as to the whole thing. She was told some of the expected kids from the Lower Bucks area not make it and why. Knowing that even if Bucks was in the clear I could not reach with my set-up I looked for police helicopters on the Flight Radar site.
