When setting the time on the 436, is the Eastern time zone minus 5 or minus 6?

Thanks Detroit780. So if I set the time zone at -5 and then choose DST "ON" it will be set correctly, right? I ask this because I don't see a change in the time I set, regardless of what time zone I choose.
