I'm very new down here in Toms river,but APP.com reported "Tens of thousands" lined the streets for the parade.Is that an accurate number 10,000 people?
Where I come from the whole town didn't have 10,000 residence

Yes that is accurate the toms river halloween parade is the largest parade for halloween in the US that's a fact!! everyone from everywhere comes to watch it
