453.675 is used for the activation of tornado sirens and is nothing but data bursts.

443.85 is the main skywarn frequency with weather alerts.

I'm not sure if 146.88 and 146.94 are still used?

I would also add KOTV 450.0875 pl 100.0
for the news helicopters and storm spotters

As for 800 OKWIN Sema 3 Dispatch 2681 is very active.

TAEMA-A 2379 is used too.

Hope this helps.

Are there any OKWIN talkgroups for either NWS OUN or NWS TSA anyone has noticed?

I visited the NWS OUN WFO recently and noticed what looked like a Motorola mobile and a few portables from across the room. Couldn’t tell if they are used for amateur or not.

Yes, both NWS Norman and Tulsa use SEMA-3-Dispatch 2681 to talk to local EM offices especially when they issue Tornado Warnings.

Just a note recently, several local EM offices used this to talk to the state EOC to send out fire warnings that included evacuations during the fires in Mannford and Logan county including EAS alerts.
