Toronto DMR/NXDN Unknowns

I was over athe Toronto Islands yesterday and did a bunch of scanning.. Here's the unknowns that I haven't been able to confirm.

413.2125 cap cc 9 I have heard this one before but still no idea..
452.3625 dmr cc 7 dmr 271
452.8125 & 461.2375 cap cc 11 tg 23 & tg 31 This one I have heard before too.. it's part of a 3 frequency Cap+ system. So far 14 talkgroups have been logged on it but not sure what it is for.. but sounds like some big event.. Taste Of Kingsway is this weekend.. (is it still going on?) so maybe it's whoever supplies radios for these events as I hear it every so often but not consistently..
453.8875 dmr cc 9 tg 2 Not sure, sounds like something downtown as I head them talking about the conservation trail and about someone fishing at the shoreline.

462.7375 cap cc 11
463.9625 dmr cc 5 couldn't catch the tg..

Also I have a question to one of the db admins about a few of the systems that are still active with control channels/activity have been depreciated in the database.. but we can do that in email if one of you all can message me.

Great finds Matt! I threw them in my SDS and 436. Next time I am downtown, I will give them a good listen and see if stumble accross anything. Certainly no shortage of things to listen to in the core.

Recently got a 436HP and have the DMR upgrade - I like to go for walks on my breaks downtown so I’ll see if I can find anything on these too.

Hopefully you guys have better luck figuring them out.. Some of them has stumped me trying to look at the TAFL and seeing what it possibly be with no luck.

Alright, so update to some of my previous finds. I was downtown across from Ontario Place sitting in a lot at Exhibition Place across the road from the OLG Play Stage scanning while the Raptors game was on.

• 453.7000 DMR CC 9 TG 10 Security I believe could be Metro Centre. One transmissions they mentioned the Wellington St exit.
• 453.8875 DMR CC 9 TG 2 Security was used last night at Ontario Place/OLG Play Stage.. I believe this could be Ontario Place's security as they mentioned the various bridges as well on the property.
• LCN 1 452.81250 Cap+/ LCN 2 453.7250/ LCN 3 461.2375 CC 11 TG 10 12 13 16 17 18 21 22 23 24 25 28 29 31

This system has been a pain in my ass since last year, trying to figure it out. Last night it was being used for operations at the OLG Play Stage for their events.. I remember seeing TG 12, 13, 23, 31 among others active last night for the event. Will have to keep an ear out to see when system pops up again to verify it more.

Also, 413.2125 Cap+ CC 9 which I have heard in the past..

I heard 3 more TG's come active on this system last night 100, 105 & 115.. add those to 130, 135, 140 & 150 the previous TG's I have heard active in the past. But still not 100% sure what this could be.

I was just looking at the TAFL and noticed that that 413.2125 is also licensed to CAMH.. and some of the TG's seems to match some of the ones already listed. So I wonder if this is part of one of the current sites listed or another site?
